i’ve been slacking on the whole working out thing.. 3 times in the last 5 days… i guess that isn’t so bad but you’re supposed to work out everyday for this dvd to work..so no more slacking!

Day 1

Today Britt and I started working out… Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Felt like Jello afterwards but totally worth it..Im not really trying to loose to much weight, but my favorite pants don’t really fit anymore and that freaks me out. Lets hope we can keep this up.. Today was easy because we were off, but I work all day tomorrow and i know im not going to wake up early enough to do it before i go in.
